Questions about plans
What happens when my trial ends?
Your stats are kept safe, and your stats page asks you to pick a plan. We keep counting your visitors for 30 days after the trial ends, so nothing is lost while you decide. We email you three days before the end, and again when it ends.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign in with your email address and the trial starts straight away. You only add a card when you pick a plan.
What if I go over my page views?
We never stop counting. If your account stays over its plan for two months in a row, we'll email you about moving up.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from your stats page and your plan runs to the end of the month or year you've paid for. You can download all your stats, or delete your account, whenever you like.
How do payments work?
Payments are taken securely by Stripe. We never see your full card number. See the terms and how we handle payment details.
