Terms of service
Last updated 13 October 2026.
ReaderCount is run by KT8 in the United Kingdom. By making an account or adding ReaderCount to a website, you agree to these terms.
Using ReaderCount
ReaderCount is free while we're getting started.
Early sign-up offer
- The offer is open to new accounts created before 31 March 2027. That date only closes the offer to new sign-ups; it doesn't end it for people who already joined.
- If you join before then, we'll never charge you for your ReaderCount account while its websites have no more than 10,000 page views a month in total. That can be one website, or several websites whose page views add up to no more than 10,000 a month.
- If your account goes over 10,000 page views a month, we'll email you within 14 days. You'll have the option to upgrade your plan or bring your traffic back under the limit (for example, by removing a website).
- The offer is for one account per person or organisation, for the hosted service, for as long as we run it. It can't be swapped for money or moved to someone else.
Only add websites you run or have permission to measure, and don't use ReaderCount to break the law or to try to identify individual readers. If a website is added by someone it doesn't belong to, we may move or remove it.
Your data
Your stats are yours. You can ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time. How we handle data, including Google Search Console data and the Claude connector, is set out in our privacy policy.
Connections to other services
If you connect Google Search Console or Claude, their own terms also apply to your use of them. You can disconnect either at any time from your stats page.
Changes and availability
We work hard to keep ReaderCount running and your stats safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or end the service. If we add paid plans or make changes that affect you, we'll tell you by email well in advance, and you can take your stats with you.
Our responsibility
ReaderCount is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income, from using it or not being able to use it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UK consumer law.
